Holton House is a spacious 2 bedroom brown brick duplex, decorated in a casual country-style, perfect for families looking for a relaxed atmosphere. The bedrooms and hallway are carpeted and there is reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main bedroom and the open plan living area, for year round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area which consists of a rustic country-style 6 setting dining suite and a small buffet. The lounge area has two 3 seater sofas, perfect for sitting back and watching the 106cm plasma TV. The open plan living area has vinyl flooring for a cleaner and more practical look. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with a pillow-top mattress and electric blanket, bedside tables, tallboy and spacious built in robe. There is a 2-way ensuit with full shower and a bath, ideal for children. The laundry has a front loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Just off the laundry is a second toilet and vanity area. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds with electric blankets, a bedside table, tallboy and a small portable wardrobe. The self-contained backyard is private and spacious with a basic garden and pull-out clothes line. There is an undercover carport and space for one car behind. Off street parking is limited.
Up to 2 pets welcome outdoors only. A pet bond will be charged.

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Pets are permitted outside only, Secure, fully fenced running area.

Please bring all bedding and supplies for you pet. Both the front and back yards are enclosed. The front yard has the carport for shelter, however the backyard does not offer much shelter at all. If the weather is not favourable and you have not brought a kennell, your pet may sleep in the Laundry only. There is only room for up to 2 pets. Be mindful that the property is a Duplex and there are 2 small dogs nextdoor.
