Bathroom with shower, bath and seperate toilet, vanity and hair dryer plus starter pack of toiletries. New laundry facilities incl washer and dryer. New kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and full oven( coffee, tea, sugar, milk starter pack incl) Dining room/lounge with DVD, Plasma TV, gas heater and new ducted heating/cooling. Ext BBQ and setting. 4 car offstreet undercover parking. Fenced rear yard. Quality linen and towels included with rental. Trundle bed avail at extra cost. High chair and porta cot available at request(no cost)
