The apartment is on the 5th level of the Liberty Towers building which is a secure complex requiring key card access. The apartment and balcony has impressive views over Colley Reserve and the Sea.
The apartment is fully self contained and has:-

Crockery, Cooking Facilities, Dishwasher, 4 Burner Gas Stove, Oven, Microwave, Full Size Fridge.

2 Bathrooms (2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 bath) Laundry facilities - Washing Machine, Dryer, Ironing Facilities, Vacuum Cleaner.

Local attractions include Jetty Road Precinct, where outdoor cafes and shopping is open 365 days a year.
Close by is the Stamford Grand Hotel, the Revolving Restaurant with 360 degree views over Adelaide, Glenelg Jetty, Heritage Walks, Bike Riding Trails, Dolphin Cruises, Entertainment Complex the Beach House, Patawalonga Marina, HMS Buffalo Restaurant, The Old Gum Tree,Bay Discovery Centre and Visitor Information Centre and Public Library.The Orange Spot Bakery is within 200 metres and has won the award for Australia's best Pasty!
Directly opposite the apartment is the Pier Hotel which offers a happy hour from 5pm to 7pm most days per week, and Holdfast Marina Shores Complex with numerous quality outdoor cafes and restaurants overlooking the Marina and sea.

There's a welcome pack with lots of extra food, wraps and sauces, ample cutlery and crockery, coffee and teas, washing powder and lots of towels, all the extras that make the unit stand out from others. There's a gym and pool and sauna and it's close to the beach and the shops and cafes on Jetty Road. Having parking included is a huge bonus as it's 24 hr pay parking in that area."
