Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

This spacious fully self contained one bedroom apartment is in the perfect location for that ideal getaway or home away from home for the many festivals and sporting events. Located in the heart of Glenelg on Colley Terrace and just a short stroll to the beach, restaurants and Jetty Road shopping.

The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen opens out to the east facing balcony. The kitchen includes a full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hotplates and oven. Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. A 6 seating Dining Setting, Sofa, LCD TV, DVD & CD player completes the living area. In the separate bedroom you have a queen size bed and built-in robe.

An undercover, secure car park is provided as well as a lockable storage area.

Locality

The apartment is only 100m to beach, Holdfast Shores Marina and Jetty Road where there is good shopping, cafes and restaurants.
15 minutes drive to Adelaide Airport
15 minutes drive to the city or catch the tram on Jetty Road direct to the city, Casino, Entertainment Centre and Morphettville Racecourse.
10 minutes drive to SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre and Westfield Marion Shopping Centre or Harbour Town Direct Factory Outlet.
5 – 10 minutes from some excellent Golf Courses.
Boat ramp close by for the keen fisherman or stroll to the Glenelg Jetty
