Cottage, Bed & Breakfast, Self-contained apartment

Perfect for the romantic couple getaway, relaxing with friends and family, or if you just want to get away and re charge your batteries, Loves Lane is your welcoming country retreat.
Set on 5 acres with extensive gardens including water features, dam, gazebo and seating areas, Loves Lane gives you the perfect place to rest after a day out exploring the region or somewhere to come and escape the hustle and bustle of modern life.
Both cottages are modern, luxurious and fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need.
HEATING/COOLING
Cozy wood heaters, split system air conditioning and ceiling fans provide you with the means to be comfortable whatever the weather conditions.
ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM
A surround sound entertainment unit that includes a Playstation3 is provided to give you maximum pleasure when listening to CD's, playing games or watching your favorite TV show, DVD or Blu ray movie on the LCD flat screen TV. A range of 25 DVD's is provided in each cottage with another huge selection of DVD's & Blu rays available for your use at no charge. A selection of Playstation 3 games are also available at no charge.
KITCHENS
The kitchens have all the quality modern conveniences that you need including cutlery and crockery.
BATHROOMS
Bathrooms have a large corner spa, shower (over spa), toilet, hairdryer and a full size vanity with ample storage space. All bathroom linen is supplied and is of the highest quality.
BBQ FACILITIES
Each cottage has its own BBQ, utensils and outdoor setting on the private balcony which overlooks spectacular views.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
A large separate shared laundry facility is available with a washing machine and dryer and an iron and ironing board is supplied in each cottage.
GPS UNITS & FISHING GEAR
If you're planning on exploring the region during your stay we provide a GPS unit to assist you and if you want to drop a line in at one of the many fishing locations nearby, a fishing kit and 2 rods are available for each cottage to borrow at no cost.

What can I say other than your cottages are the most comfortable, clean and relaxing place we have ever stayed in. The facilities you offer are excellent and waking up to the beautiful surroundings - it's like you're in paradise. We will definitely be back.

Loves Lane Cottages is ideally situated to take advantage of the many activities available in the Gippsland region. Historic attractions, bush walking, scenic drives, arts and crafts, food & wine tours, national parks and of course stunning coastal views are all within easy reach.
We are only minutes from Mirboo North and the start of the famous Strzelecki Trail.

Sunset Cottage is $170 per night (up to 4 guests)
Additional guests are $25 per person per night.
Additional guest rates apply to all persons over 2 years old.
Orchard Cottage weekly rate is $900 per 7 nights per double.
Sunset Cottage weekly rate is $1020 per 7 nights (Tariff covers 4 guests)
A 50% deposit is required upon booking with balance due on arrival.
Cancellations notified 8 - 14 days from booking attracts a 50% deposit penalty.
Cancellations notified 0 - 7 days from booking attracts a 100% deposit penalty.
