Located in Burke Place this home has all the ingredients for an enjoyable getaway. You will love the convenience of being across the road from the Seven Mile Beach, or just head down the lake for your morning coffee & paper - better still you can check the surf without stepping a foot outside the front door!
The single level house features open plan living areas with a modern kitchen including dishwasher. Reverse cycle air conditioning ensures comfort year round whilst relaxing in the lounge & dining area views of the ocean.
The three bedrooms cater for six guests comfortably, and in the hall there are 2 singles beds & two cots. Two bathrooms, front deck, extra large yard perfect for throwing a ball or playing a game of cricket & enjoy all this whilst cooking on the BBQ.
Lock up garage not included.
