Holiday house
Werri Beach is just across the road - with great surf and rock pools. There is playgrounds close by along with other amenities shops,
bowling club and cafe's. This two story home offers great views of the beach and surrounding areas of Gerringong.
There is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate lounge and dining and family room. It has a great kitchen too, large back yard - fully fenced,with covered patio area.
Property also includes BBQ and off street parking.
Bedding 1 double and 2 sets of single bunks. Sleeps 6.
Linen not included.
Garage and upstairs bedroom not for guest use.
