This two bedroom beach cottage is location, location, location - straight across the road from the beautiful Werri Beach. The cottage has been renovated with all modern appliances and has polished timber floors.
The house contains a fully self contained kitchen, lounge room includes flat screen LCD TV, DVD, CD player, dining room, bathroom with seperate bath and laundry. Quality Egyptian cotton sheets and towels come as standard. The house has a large backyard, gas BBQ and comes with an additional outdoor shower and toilet.
Front and rear decks, back is covered with lovely outdoor setting.
Property is air-conditioned.
