Located just 10 minutes south of Geraldton in the peaceful rural setting of Rudds Gully. The cottage is located on 70 acres of farm land with views to the Greenough River Mouth. There are free ranging ducks and chickens and 4 friendly pet Kangaroos.

Gully Cottage is a well appointed one bedroom cottage suitable for a couple or small family. Built from locally made rammed earth, with stunning ocean views. The cottage has reverse cycle air conditioning, so no matter what the season, you will be comfortable day and night. The lounge in the sitting room can easily be converted into a second bed if required. There are basic cooking facilities in the kitchen and all crockery/cutlery is provided. Guests are welcome to feed the animals and collect the eggs from our friendly Silky hens! Our pet kangaroos also enjoy meeting new people and love a pat and a bottle of warm milk before bed!
There is plenty of parking space and loads of room for a boat or trailer.
No matter if you stay for a day or a week - you'll love the warm country charm of Gully Cottage.
Gully Cottage is ideally located as a base to explore the Central West region during the spectacular wildflower season from August to October.

Locality

Rudds Gully is conveniently located between historic Greenough and the City of Geraldton. The property is located just off the Brand Highway near Cape Burney and the Greenough River Mouth. Great fishing, walk trails, windsurfing and the beach are all close by.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of Gully Cottage. Everything is provided. A gourmet breakfast basket can be supplied on request including home made bread and farm fresh eggs (additional charge applies). Feed the ducks, who will soon be your best friends that look forward to seeing you in the morning for a feed of left over toast!
Your hosts Linda and Andrew welcome you with warm country hospitalitiy and will ensure your stay is comfortable.
