Well presented and clean 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom Beach house sleeps 6, including 2 queen beds and 2 single beds.
Reverse cycle Air Conditioning in 2 main bed rooms.
Features are a spacious lounge room, relaxing sunroom and front porch with uninterrupted water views across the bay to the city and boat harbours.

Alternatively sit back under the secluded back veranda in a bush setting cooking an afternoon BBQ. The size of the back yard and having a rear access lane would be ideal for trailers or boats.

Bike/walking paths following the beach provide easy access into the city passing the new marina, museum and restaurants or 200m in the other direction is St Georges beach with a large grassed park and playground area and a popular windsurfing spot.
