This secluded, spacious apartment for two has an upstairs bedroom and bathroom and a balcony. All new appliances and kitchenware are provided and include a solardom oven, barbecue and coffee machine.
The heating is both wood fired slow combustion as well as a new gas heater.
The bedroom has a new LCD TV and Wave CD/radio.
Dressing gowns are supplied for your relaxation or visit to the pool. Garage space is available for your car.

APARTMENT PLUS package includes exclusive use of the theatre room and heated indoor 13.5 metre lap pool, 1200- 2000mm deep. There's a turn of the century cooker that heats the theatre room. This is great to sit by after a swim or a massage may be arranged.

The accent is on Rest, Revival and Relaxation!

Your breakfast basket is likely to include some home made jam or garden provender.
The rammed earth walls provide an ambiance that affects your senses.
You may never have walked with bare feet on a white exposed quartz floor!


A landscaped garden with huge boulders, maples and roses has granite stairways and a path leading to the apartment.
You may choose to eat in using the all new appliances, or visit local eateries. The fine dining at Forest Edge 3 kms away, is a special treat. On Sundays Jinks Creek winery has the best wood fired pizzas and great tasting wines.

Locality

‘The Signal Box’ is a railway inspired 2 storey apartment that, is modeled on structural themes displayed in the signal box of the early railway era. The Signal Box is located beside the Puffing Billy railway which is generally of historic and sentimental interest to all who visit the area.
Gembrook offers a step back in time that creates feelings of relaxation. This is extended by the design and facilities offered at The Signal Box Bed & Breakfast.
The area has superb walks and a map and back pack are provided. Should you wish to take a Puffing Billy journey transport /to from a nearby station can be arranged.The local market beside the Puffing Billy station is a treat on the 4th Sunday of the month.
Gembrook has several eateries and fine dining at Forest Edge restaurant 3 kms away.
Gembrook has local wineries, and drives in the scenic countryside can deliver such surprises as Ship Rock Falls and the ancient Kirth Kiln. Gembrook is noted for its tall forests, which are 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Property

The property is a double block with a landscaped garden. Massive granite boulders have been positioned to create garden rooms for maples, azaleas and roses. A winding path and granite stairs opens up the view accross the Puffing Billy line to the Yarra Ranges and Mt Donna Buang.

For the APARTMENT PLUS package you may use the indoor heated lap lane pool.
