The Abbotswood Motor Inn is located at 310 High Street (Princes Highway M1) Belmont (Geelong), 20 minutes from Avalon Airport along the Princes Highway. Geelong CBD is only 6km along High Street.

The Abbotswood has most of the features of a large resort at a lower cost. Wi-Fi enabled ADSL internet. An indoor heated swimming pool, a modified tennis court, child play area and a guest laundry are available for the use of all guests.

All units are on ground level, with car parking outside the unit. Long vehicle parking is available in the visitors parking area.
Locality
The Abbotswood is near Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre which has a cinema centre, major supermarkets and a number of eateries. Belmont and Geelong have a number of quality restaurants and leisure activities. The Geelong Baseball Centre and Deakin University are near by.

This is a great location as the Surf Coast Highway and Anglesea Road; the gateways to the Great Ocean Road are just around the corner.
