Cottage, Holiday house

Only 10 minutes from the Sealink Ferry terminal this lovely seafront 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 7 people. The home encompases two large verandahs front and back, great for BBQs and outdoor appreciation. located about 50 metres from a beautiful swimming beach. There is a boat ramp, or you can fish from the rocks ,the keen fisherman can expect to catch a mixed bag of snapper, king george whiting garfish trevarly squid and many more species in this particular area. Come and enjoy the expectacular sunsets from the verandah or from inside the house sitting in front of the wood fire.

Sunsets is located on Kangaroo Island at Baudin beach. Just 10 minutes from the ferry terminal at Penneshaw. Absolute seafront with seaviews from every room.

The beach is only a few steps away and there is an areas where you can fish from the rocks.
There is an array of native animals such as kangaroos, wallabies, pelicans and dolphins, which you can watch from the large front deck, and of course the sunsets are superb.

There is an art and craft studio at Baudin beach and a winery nearby. There are several wineries on the Island.
