North Shore studio apartment is fully self-contained and furnished with a separate fully equipped kitchen and private separate bathroom.

The apartment includes reverse cycle air conditioning, Broadband wireless (wifi) internet, internal laundry facilities, an under cover courtyard with gas Barbeque and Garigal National Park outlook, and off street parking for 2 cars.

The kitchen includes mirowave, kettle, toaster, single electric cooktop, rice cooker and fridge. All appliances are in excellent new condition.

All linen and towels provided and beds made up.

The studio has only one neighbour and occupies first level of a three storey house. The apartment has its own private entrance and driveway.

Most pets welcome.

Located between Sydney City Centre and Sydney Sandy Northern Beaches with 10 minutes walk to shopping centre, restaurants and cafes. Bus stop is at door (which will take you to the centre of Sydney in 40 minutes), and 15 minutes drive to Dee Why or Manly beach. Enjoy excellent bush walks to Middle Harbour, and Parks.

Above rates are 1 to 2 persons. Extra person (all ages) up to 5 people is AU$15 per night up to 1 month stay and AU$10 per night over 1 month stay. Maximum 5 people.
