North Shore studio apartment is located between Sydney City Centre and Sydney Northern Beaches in a quiet area of North Shore in leafy Davidson with city bus at door.
The apartment includes all new furniture, a separate new fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities and an under cover outdoor barbeque area with beautiful landscape gardens.
It is on the ground level of a three storey double brick house, where it maintains a constant cool temparature on hot summer days and therefore air conditioning is not required.
