Welcome Home has been totally renovated with quality furnishings and appliances. Guests love its style, spaciousness and locality.

The property has fully ducted reverse cycle airconditioning throughout - to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

A large shade sail keeps the alfresco area cool and is the perfect spot for an evening barbecue and glass of wine.

Nearby are cafes and restaurants with local attractions such as Point Walter, Fremantle Docks, the Bell Tower, Kings Park, Cottesloe Beach, the Swan Valley and the Swan River to explore.

Welcome Home is a great base for exploring the surrounding area with many parks within walking distance.

There is secure parking for one car, and off-street parking for up to 2 cars with space if necessary for another car to park on the grass verge outside the property.

The accommodation comprises a luxurious king sized bed, spacious queen sized bed and 2 single beds; all fitted with quality bed linen.

The house is fully airconditioned for your comfort with a large 42" plasma television, dvd player and stereo for your enjoyment. The modern, well equipped kitchen includes a stone bench top, full oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer which makes preparing breakfast or a sumptious evening meal an easy task should you so desire.

Top Class accommodation!! We are very regular Perth goers and this is one of THE best places we have stayed. Welcome Home has those little extra touches that make it literally a home away from home. The pantry items were appreciated as was accommodating my 3 very young children. Location was superb, close to major highways which can lead you in any direction you wish to go.
