The Artists' residence is so called because of the abundant local art and eclectic furnishings in this historic limesone semi detached property built in 1887.

Features include wide polished floorboards throughout the bedrooms, hallway and lounge, with Italian terracotta tiles in the kitchen, dining, bathroom and outside entertaining area.

Open fires fearture in two of the bedrooms and the lounge and ceiling fans and gas heating ensure comfortable temperatures all year around.

Built in robes and queen sized beds are in each of the three double bedrooms. All linen and bedding is supplied.

A wide hallway stretches to the lounge room and features original works by local artists.

Lounge chairs, a sofa, a flat screen TV with surround sound and DVD player and a piano live comfortably in the lounge room.

Our fully equipped galley kitchen houses modern appliances including refrigerator, stove and cook top, dishwasher and microwave.

A round, heavy based teak table in the dining area is surrounded by harlequin chairs to seat six people.

The bathroom is serviced by an instant gas hot water system and has a large shower rose over adeep, full sized bath tub.

The laundry room, off the outside entertaining area, has a washing machine and dryer.

Beyond the barbecque are some stairs to a herb garden and parking on the property for two cars.





You can walk ten minutes to the beach or take the free CAT shuttle or swim in the olympic sized Fremantle pool, again just a short walk away.
Shops, supermarkets and publiic transport are all within an easy stroll from your front door.

Music and night life are abundant and there are some truly marvellous cafes and restaurants!

If you choose to eat at home, fresh produce galore is on your doorstep at the famous Fremantle Markets.
