Holiday house

Located at the end of a long private driveway, this peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom solid Limestone house is fully air-conditioned / heated and comes complete with secure two car lock-up garage.

The lower floor contains lounge, dining room, bathroom, laundry and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all new appliances, new Italian stainless steel oven / gas hot plates and new stainless steel dishwasher.

Upstairs boasts an extra bathroom and 3 huge bedrooms (with a balcony off the main) all with built in wardrobes.

Outside you’ll find a huge undercover outdoor entertaining / dining area.

Situated on Douro Road in South Fremantle, the house is:

200 m from South Beach (Fremantle’s best beach),
150 m from Woolworths supermarket and shops,
2.5 km from Fremantle Public Golf Course,
On the popular FREE Fremantle CAT bus service route and
