A lovely home ideal for holidays or executive couples. Close to transport with easy access to the local historical port of Fremantle with all of its attractions. Local beaches are only a short drive away. Easy access to both Murdoch and Notre Dame universities and Challenger TAFE

An art deco style home well equipped with beautiful furniture and all the necessary equipment to live in a home away from home. Reverse cycle aircon to the main bedroom, lounge and kitchen areas both heats and cools the house as required.
The first bedroom has a large new queen bed with robe and chest of drawers. It is large enough to sit in and enjoy a quiet read. There is also room for a trundle in this bedroom if required.
The second bedroom is a delightful room with an Indian influence. It also has a new queen bed and robe. Whilst smaller than the first room it is still a large room with drawers and bedside tables.

There is a sofa bed in the third room which can be used as a bed by arrangement. This room opens out onto a wonderful sunny deck with an outside seating arrangement.
The large deck runs from the back room and is easy accessed through new wooden glass doors. The deck is surrounded by a courtyard garden and a bank of large trees which includes gums, olives and jacarandas. A pleasant spot to sit and enjoy the birds singing in the mature trees or to sip a glass of wine with your friends.
There is parking for two cars on the property, more if required.
There is a laundry with washing machine, one new bathroom and two toilets.

Public transport is almost at the door and local shopping with IGA supermarket, banks, cafes and child care facilities a pleasant short walk away.

Great stopping off point for a Western Australian holiday or as a base whilst attending corporate meetings or university conferences

All in all a very pleasant place to stay in a comfortable environment just like home with local attractions and amenities nearby.
