Holiday house

Perfect location to enjoy all Fremantle and surrounds. Close to beaches, Swan River, transport.
This lovely property is situated within the historic Plympton Ward precinct of East Fremantle and a stone's throw from George Street with its award winning restaurants, cafes and specialty shops. Visit Hubble's Yard or the Bistro for breakfast, or a coffee, browse the fashion and gift stores then stock up on some gourmet items at the Food Merchants, Later enjoy dinner at one of several fine dining restaurants or a gourmet pizza from Giorgios.

The house has three bedrooms and can accommodate six people in two queen beds and two single beds. It has beautiful jarrah floorboards throughout and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The ambience of the light filled lounge and dining areas is enhanced in winter with the warmth of a wood burning stove which will be set upon your arrival and wood kept well stocked. The house also has a reverse cycle airconditioner in the main area. Enjoy a quiet cuppa on the front verandah and watch the world go by, or dine alfresco on the elevated rear verandah overlooking the garden.

The beautiful Swan River is a 100m walk to the bottom of Hubble Street, where a walk path along the river will take you as far as your legs will carry you past beautiful vistas, with a choice of restaurant, pub and cafes enroute.
Enjoy a morning swim at popular Port or Leighton beach (1.5km) then stroll into Fremantle and Fishing Boat Harbour with its boutique-style shopping, micro breweries, markets, museums and entertainment precinct.
A local shopping centre and several parks are all within easy walking distance.
Bus and train services are all easily accessible as is the free CAT bus that services the Fremantle CBD.

This property would suit corporate visits, with it's easy access to Fremantle and Tradewinds conference facilities. Families would enjoy the number of child friendly parks within walking distance, sheltered swimming in the Swan River and the beautiful beaches.
