A quaint inviting economical cottage ideal for employment relocations, holidays or if you are visiting families in the area. Close to transport with easy access to the local historical port of Fremantle with all of its attractions. Local beaches are only a short drive away. Easy access to both Murdoch and Notre Dame universities and Challenger TAFE

The cottage has been subdivided as a duplex but is fully self contained, private and pleasant well equipped cottage with beautiful furniture and all the necessary equipment to live in a home away from home. Reverse cycle aircon to the main living area both heats and cools the house as required.
The first bedroom has a large new queen bed with large built in robe. A single bed can also be placed in this room if required.
The second bedroom is a delightful room with an Indian influence. It has a queen bed and is a large room with a wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables.

The cottage has the traditional front verandah and is surrounded by a cottage garden with lavendah and large gums. A pleasant spot to sit and enjoy the birds singing in the mature trees or to sip a glass of wine with your friends. It has its own off street parking and front entrance.

The cottage provides a very economical but pleasant self contained accommodation for those relocating to WA for employment whilst seeking more permanent rental, also for retired couples looking for an economical but pleasant fully self contained accommodation whist holidaying or visiting families in the area. Being small the cottage only suits small families such as a couple and a child.

The Hilton area of Fremantle is renowned for its cottages. This is one of them. It is quaint with its wooden floors and high ceilings. With its north facing kitchen window it has a warm friendly pleasant atmosphere. The current owner has subdivided the home creating a very private fully self contained place to stay in the front of the cottage with no shared facilities.
