A four minute walk from your front gate will see you strolling the famous cappuccino strip, with all the colour and vibrance of the Fremantle markets, outdoor cafes, indigenous art galleries, cuperb restaurants and fabulous weekend street theatre. If you feel like a swim, a short five minute walk will get you there too!

Hampton House is a three bedroom limestone, semi detatched property, built in 1887. It has polished boards and wool rugs throughout the living area and bedrooms with large italian teraccotta tiles through the kitchen and bathroom.

Tastefully furnished with leather couches and a persian rug the lounge is a cosy place in Winter with open fire and cool in Summer with refrigerated portable airconditioning. A flat screen TV with a DVDvideo player and surround sound transforms this room into a mini theatre. There are DVD's and Videos, books and CDs at the property for your enterainment.

A light and bright office enclave houses a built in desk where you can make free local calls or access the internet via WiFi. You can also operate the outside stereo system from here.

Dine in the large, country chef's style kitchen from the antique oak dining suite that seats six. Cook up a gourmet meal - the kitchen is fully equipped - from the six burner ILVE gas stove. There's a microwave and dishwasher, coffee machine and large refrigerator as well as generous pantry storage.

There's a mains plumbed gas barbecue in the outside, undercover, paved entertaining area - great for summer evenings!

Hampton House is safe and secure, fitted with smoke detectors and a security alarm system.

There's parking on the property for two cars.

The property sleeps six in three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms each have comfortable queen sized beds and the third has two singles.

An electric boosted solar water system ensures ample hot water and the shower over full size bath has great water pressure.
