Hampton House is a gracious private dwelling, built in 1887.

It is stylishly furnished and fully equipped accommodation that is suitalble for holiday makers, relocations and wedding parties.

Three double bedrooms - two with queen sized beds and the third with two singles - sleeps up to six people with all pillows, blankets and linen provided. Large fluffy towels and bath mats are also provided.

A gallery hallway leads to the lounge which features an open fire place, leather couch, otoms and and a comfortable reading chair.

Flat screen tv, dvd and video with surround sound in this room transform it into a home theatre. 20 dvds and some videos are provided for guests viewing pleasure.

Gas heating, ceiling and standard fans and a portable air conditioner ensure a pleasant temperature all year round.

There is a light and bright office enclave with built in desk. You can operate the outdoor sound system from here, make free local telephone calls or access the internet from your laptop.

In our fully equipped Chef's kitchen you'll find an antique oak dining suite that seats six. This large, country style kitchen has a six burner gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, generous refrigeator and pantry storage.

The bathroom has a shower over full sized bath with a solar powered, mains electricity boosted hot water system that delivers ample hot water and great water pressure.

The laundry has a 5kg washing machine and clothes dryer.

There is a mains plumbed gas barbecue and a table that seats six in the undercover outdoor entertaining area. An easy care garden leads to parking on the property for two vehicles.

A lovely walled courtyard is located beyond the porch at the front of the property.

Other features include smoke alarms, and a security system.

Suitable for families, the house has baby bath, high chair, porta-cot, car capsule and car seat available if required.

This property is available for short, medium or long term stay. There is a minimum charge of four nights.

Hampton House is four minutes walking distance to the centre of Fremantle.

Enjoy a coffee in Fremantle's famous cappuccino strip, visit the Maritime Museum, Fremantle Prison, Art Centre or Fremantle Markets to name a few.

And only a short stroll to South Beach or the Fremantle Swimming Pool.

There is a free CAT bus to take you to other local attractions and from the Fremantle train station you can access the whole of Perth!

Approximately 45 minutes drive south/west of the Perth International Airport and about 30 minutes drive south west from Perth Domestic airport, you can use a taxi or bus to arrive at Hampton House. Our location is 62 Hampton Road Fremantle, near the corner of Alma Street.

Hampton House sleeps six people. There are three double bedrooms, two with queen sized beds and the third has two singles. A porta cot is available for infants. In the case of additional adults, a quality, queen sized air bed is available for an additional charge of $25 including linen per night.

All linen and towels (with the exception of porta-cot linen and beach towels) are provided and do not incur additional charges.
