Freo sunsets is located in a small secure complex of 12 short term apartments suitable for holidaymakers or for a business trip. It is equipped with every essential including a telephone in living and bedroom connected for local calls, it is airconditioned for your comfort... There is secure parking for one car on site.
The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, blender and full cooking facilities. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The en suite bathroom has a shower and vanity with hairdryer supplied. Freo sunsets is ideally suited for one or two people however a very comfortable double sofa bed in the living area allows up to 4 people to stay. We provide linen and towels and can provide a weekly service at a cost of $30 extra.

LocalityThe apartment is located approximately 1.5 km from the centre of Fremantle. South beach is about 500 metres away.
Things to do in Freo.
Visit the many historic buildings ie arts museum, twilight visit to the old prison, the round house, the maritime museum, the car museum, walk to the top of the war memorial parklands I guarantee it is the very best place to photograph Fremantle and the views are the best in the West.
Visit Rottnest, catch the CAT to Victoria Quay and catch the ferry from C Shed. The white beaches and a healthy bike ride around the island are an experience not to be missed. You will see a few quokkas on the trip.
Go whale watching, windsurfing, diving, fishing or hire your own canoe.
Catch a ferry up the beautiful Swan river to the wineries in the beautiful Swan valley. Have lunch on the rolling lawns of a winery. Enjoy the wine tasteing and catch the CAT home from Victoria quay
Take a day trip to one of the many interesting spots eg the Pinnacles, Wave rock, Mandurah. Visit the Visitors centre in Kings Square for all your tourist requirements. Places of interestRound house

Fremantle prison
Constructed by convicts between 1851 and 1855 this daunting building was in use as a maximum security building until 1991. It is open from 10 to 6 every day.A candlelit tour is available a couple of times a week.
Museum and Arts centre
Houses two of Fremantles most significant cultural attractions. This magnificent neo-gothic building was constructed by convicts in the 1860's to serve as the colonys first lunatic asylum Today the centre offers exhibitions and creative arts.
Monument Hill
This memorial reserve is Fremantle's heritage and and National Trust listed War memorial. The reserve has magnificent ocean views and is a short stroll from central fremantle.
Fishing Boat Harbour
A special feature of Fremantle is its maritime atmosphere and this can best be appreciated on a stroll around Fishing Boat Harbour. This is a working harbour all year round and you may see fresh seafood being offloaded from the fishing boats ready for export or the local market. There are many waterfront restaurants with spectacular ocean views to be enjoyed at Fishing Boat Harbour.

When you have arrived in Fremantle the easiest way to get around is with the popular Fremantle CAT service. CAT buses complete a circuit of the city stopping at popular places of interest offering easy access to major attractions and venues. The CAT bus runs every 10 minutes 7 days a week between 7.30am and 6.30pm on weekdays and 10am and 6.30pm on weekends
