Holiday house

This 3 bedroom lowset brick at Buxton on the Burrum River is an awesome opportunity for the mad keen fisherman. It is within 3 minutes walk to the river and a concreted double boat ramp, 2 minutes walk to the shop, within 15 minutes to Childers and just under the hour to Hervey Bay, Bundaberg and Woodgate. Plenty to do or see in this area. Ideally you will have your own boat, although they can be hired from Burrum Heads. Mangrove Jack, barramundi, flathead, bream, mud crabs - you name it are commonly caught in the Rivers.

Locality

Buxton is a small village on the Burrum River that has escaped commercialisation. There is one little shop that sells everything but fuel. Buxton is extemely quiet and a great place to relax, with a stress free boat ramp! there is pleny to do in the surrounding area such as whale watching, shopping, museums, rum tours and of course beautiful Woodgate beach. Easy access from the boat ramp to the Isis, Gregory and Burrum Rivers as well as Hervey Bay

This property is fully fenced, you are welcome to bring your dog along but we do ask that you keep it outside the house! The property is on tank water so we ask you to moniter your usage and give the place a quick tidy and clean before you go (leave as you find it), this helps us to keep the costs down. One weeks notice is required so as not to be dissapointed
