The third level comprises the master bedroom suite (Queen bed), with its own private balcony looking towards the sea, a TV with video and DVD, your own bar-fridge and kettle, and walk through robes to the beautiful ensuite.

While the buffer city of Frankston is often described as the gateway to the tastes and sights of the Mornington Peninsula, it is rapidly becoming a resort and Melbourne day-trippers’ destination in its own right.

From Seaford in the north, Frankston is graced by 10km of golden beaches on Port Phillip Bay and the thriving city calendar offers a year-long series of concerts and entertainment and cultural events and festivals. The more popular events include the autumn Frankston Guitar Festival, which celebrates every aspect of the instrument from manufacture to busking to classic performance, and the pre-Christmas Festival of Lights that features foreshore fireworks.

Bathing and fishing spots apart, Frankston is also within easy driving distance of the peninsula's scenic parkland attractions, resorts and their attendant chain of craft shops and art galleries and celebrated vineyards.
