Bed & Breakfast

We have a modern home with 2 bedrooms on offer. They are large and comfortable. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has 2 single beds. There is also a sofa-bed which sleeps two. There is a bathroom with a separate shower and bath, large vanity mirror, hairdryer and luxurious towels. Also a separate toilet. As there is one bathroom, we only take bookings from guests travelling alone, with friends, or families.
Amenah B & B has a large private living room for the guests to enjoy with bar fridge, microwave, LCD TV., DVD, stereo, playstation, CD/DVD library, tea/coffee making facilities, crockery/cutlery, toaster, iron/ironing board, games, magazines etc. Everything guests need to make their stay with us a memorable and happy occasion!
Enjoy a sound sleep in our cosy beds, then wake to a yummy cooked or continental breakfast. The choice is yours!
Just around the corner for a round of golf, or short drive to many antique centres, wineries, cinemas, bush walks and Frankston's award-winning beach and foreshore. Or just relax on our decking and enjoy the melodic sounds of Graham's finches!

Locality

Frankston is the gateway to the
Mornington Peninsula. When you stay with us there is only a short drive to many attractions. Frankston has an award winning beach, with a large shopping precinct with most of the major retail outlets. The cinemas are just a few minutes away by car as well as many varied restaurants. We are close to the public and private hospitals in Frankston. There is a public golf course and two private golf courses just around the corner from us. The local bus service stops outside the door.

Amenah Bed & Breakfast has been extensively renovated by your hosts, Graham and Joan. Amenah offers guests a relaxing and comforting ambience, and has all the space and privacy holidaymakers or business travellers may need.
