Bed & Breakfast, Guest house
A welcoming spot to stay after your day's journey. This Bed & Breakfast is located in a quiet, tree lined street at the top of Olivers Hill, which is the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula. The Peninsula is well known for it's vast array of activities, scenery, and attractions that it has on offer to the tourists and travellers alike. We are 250 metres away from Sweetwater Creek Reserve, which has many walking tracks and lovely vistas to enjoy whilst listening to the local bird life.
There is a comfortable guest lounge where you can sit back and relax to enjoy a gas log fire, read, or play some board games. The lounge overlooks the lovely garden towards the very large, old liquid amber tree. Continental Breakfast is also served there in the mornings.
This property is not suitable for children.
NO STAIRS TO CLIMB! Off street parking available.
Locality
A short walk to Sweetwater Creek Nature reserve (approx 60 acres), with boardwalks and tracks running through it for the nature enthusiast and walkers. The local tree lined streets are a pleasure to the eye to wander along viewing the gardens as you saunter by. Frankston Beach, which is only 500 metres away, has won several national awards. It has a good long jetty to take a stroll along of an evening after dining out at one of the many local restaurants.
Boat hire is also available from Kananook Creek for the more adventurous. A visit to the local Tourist Information Centre to get all of the hot tips and general information of local activities and highlights is well worth the time. There is so much to do and see on the Peninsula, whether here for the first time or one of many repeat visits, as new things come along all the time.
