Your stay in our cottage is close to the southern attractions, Tahune Airwalk, Hastings Caves, Dover, Geeveston the town of Carvings, Ida Bay Railway & a short drive to Bruny Island, Apple Museum and many more.

Locality

Situated 35 mins south of Hobart, travelling along the A6 to the Huon Valley, through Huonville, 8 kilometres further on you will enter the lovely town of Franklin.

Huon Franklin Cottage is 1 Km south of The Franklin Post Office on the right, opposite the two apple shed.

As you enter the Huon Valley at Grove you will find many attractions:
Apple Museum, Jam factory, Model Train Village, Woodturning, Ship building, bush walking, fishing, Many coffee nooks, The Tahune Walk, Hasting Caves and Thermal Springs.
