The history of the Cottage hasn't been forgotten even though it's fitted with everything you'd like to find in a modern suite.

The morning sun floods both suites and encourages you to extend yourself on another day finding new sights and sounds across the fresh Tasmanian countryside.

A continental breakfast included in the price can be served on the front balcony, or the breakfast room. Cooked breakfast on request..extra

Afternoon tea on arrival while partaking of cake and biscuits or Devonshire Tea with English Regency, Duchess and Victoria Royale Bone China.

Situated 40 minutes south of Hobart, travelling along the A6 to the Huon Valley, through Huonville, 8 kilometres further on you will enter the lovely town of Franklin.

South of the Franklin we are 1 km south of the Franklin Post Office on the right, opposite the two apple shed on the left.
