Cottage on Main

A 2 Bedroom Self Contained cottage. private,1920 house very cosy.
Bedroom 1)queen bed and double bunks, Bedroom 2)queen bed, sleeps up to 6 people also a cot.

All linen supplied except cot.

Your lounge room, dining room & full kitchen is all set up for the family , to this lovely Island or maybe a romantic private time away for the weekend.

Our cottage overlooks the Huon River and is surrounded by restaurants.

All in the heart of Franklin,the foreshore is right across the road, park land for the children, feed the ducks & swans.

Franklin is becoming a mecca for food with, Asian, Turkish, The best fish and chips in Tassie, pub meals to A le Cartĕ Cafĕ & Wood Fired Pizza. Breakfast is not included.

Cottage on Main is just 40 mins south of Hobart on the A6

Drive through Huonville & to Franklin, Cottage on Main is 200 meters south of The Franklin Post Office.

Franklin is on the Huon Valley tourist route, close to all attractions.

Tahune Air Walk, Geeveston, Dover Hastings Caves & onto Cockle Creek with walks to the far south over looking the Great Southern Ocean to Antartica!

A lovely renovated 1920 Cottage in the heart of Franklin has for your use, a Lounge Room with TV, DVD, CD player , dining Room, kitchen oven microwave cooking ware all provided & bathroom seperate toilet.
Just park the car, and stay and enjoy the towns cuisine, Pubs, & Bowling Club, Woodern Boat centre & Restaurants, all within walking distance from the Cottage, plenty of open spaces in the parklands opposite, with swans and ducks floating by simply great for children.
Tours can also be organized.
