"The accommodation had everything we needed as a family. The location was quiet and beautiful. We loved it. The overall service was however confusing. We were told to expect 2 to 3 servicings of our apartment for fresh linen, yet in the 2 weeks we stayed we had only one, and had to request it! Tennis court bookings ran into each other, the pool became too cloudy and sick to swim in for 3 days, the pool safety gate was broken and the staff never appeared to have a grasp of anything. We even enquired about future bookings, but was met with a mixed and frankly inconsiderate response. To this day we have no idea of the rates for the period we requested? So, overall, if you can put up with the hiccups, it's a great holiday. Overpriced for all that though."
