A leisurely one hours drive from Sydney, The Forresters Beach House is located on the ocean side of exclusive Kalakau Avenue, the main beach front street. On spectacular beach front reserve, provides panoramic ocean and beach views. Enjoy direct access to stunning National park.

Combining the inviting warmth of timber and slate with floor to ceiling windows, the style is spacious and relaxed.

In-house facilities include: 6 bedrooms all with built-in robes and quality bed linen on all beds, 3.5 bathrooms including spa, 2 kitchens with microwave and dishwasher, 2 living areas, 2 TV's, 2 DVD/Video players, 2 CD players, 2 extensive beach view balconies, 2 gas BBQ's, 2 laundries with washer and dryer, 2 garages (one Double and one Single) with security parking and internal access, Tropical gardens, large grassed back yard with adjacent National Park.

Neighbouring wild-life includes: Kookaburras, Rainbow Lorikeets, Rosellas, Whales, Dolphins, Echidnas and Possums.

We do not allow BUCKS or HENS parties. No School Leavers. Must be 25 years and over to make booking.

A very spacious and immaculately clean holiday house. The private balcony off the main bedroom is a lovely spot to enjoy some quiet time. We enjoyed hand-feeding the birds on the main deck and the view in all weathers is wonderful. Deb,Feb 08

Locality

Forresters Beach is known for its great surfing, swimming and fishing, but limited public access means its never crowded - almost like a private beach.

The tidal rock pools at both Forresters Beach and Spoon Bay are popular toddler swimming spots and great for exploring by all ages. Spoon Bay, part of Wamberal Nature reserve, is on the same glorious stretch of sand a Wamberal and Terrigal beaches.

Other facilities at Forresters Beach include an aquatic centre and gym, tennis courts, Mini-Golf, Cafe and Small Goods store, Baker, Homewear Gift Sore.

Bateau Bay is 5 minutes drive north and its shopping centre includes K-Mart, Aldi, Woolworths and many other speciality stores.

Terrigal is 6 minutes drive south and has many boutiques and restaurants.

The Forresters Beach House comprises of 3 levels.

TOP LEVEL:
Open plan living areas including lounge room, casual 8 seater dining room, full kitchen and powder room. Large entertaining balcony with gas BBQ and outdoor seating. All rooms enjoy sensational beach views.

MIDDLE LEVEL:
Main entrance to House, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large private balcony with beach views. The main suite features a queen bed, WIR, and huge spa ensuite. The 3 other bedrooms consist of a Double, Twin Singles and a bunk bed.

GROUND LEVEL:
Internal laundry, double lockup garage with internal access to House. Inter-connecting doors leading to 2 bedroom self-contained Apartment.

APARTMENT:
2 bedrooms; Queen, Double/Single bed bunk-style. Living/Dining, kitchen, bathroom, and internal laundry. Private grassy terrace with gas BBQ and outdoor seating.
