This is an exceptional home in a very quiet location and boasts its own separate entrance upstairs for guests. There is also a spa and swimming pool for the use of guests at no charge. The living room opens onto a large deck with overlooks the swimming pool and the Garigal National Park. Jan's B&B has three guest rooms available - queen,twin and single room. A fully equipped kitchen is available for exclusive use of guests.
