Private entrance to a comfortable, homely Living/TV Room, 2 Bedrooms and Bathroom/Toilet. This leads to a sunny patio, garden and barbecue area. Also included: linen, clock radio, electric blankets, heating/air-conditioning, beverage-making facilities, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, washing machine, iron and off-street parking.

Local facilities within walking distance: two shopping centres which include restaurants, take-away food services and cinemas, etc., swimming pool complex with children's playground and bus services.
