Five Oaks is a four bedroom house in a high, quiet, low traffic area with sunrise over water and a bay or ocean view from every room. Magnificent views of Bass Strait, Seal Rocks, The Nobbies, Phillip Island and the entrance to Western Port.

"Awesome property, especially for large groups or families. Location is wonderful, great view, right on the coast. Pictures don't do it justice. House is a bit dated but completely user friendly and comfortable so it doesn't matter. Highly recommended. LOced it! Oh, and the town of Flinders is a bonus. Lovely, small, laidback, great beaches for kids. Much better than Rosebud (which is more like suburbia) and close to choice wineries!"

"We stayed mid-week on the couples package but the house can accomodate many more. The owners were helpful and well organized. Five Oaks is well-equipped and comfortable, its position is great. The pub and shops are walking distance.If you are seeking a few quiet days on the Mornington Peninsula, highly recommended."

"Five Oaks was a fantastic place to stay for our "mums" weekend away. The views were great, amenities more than adequate. The house was very neat and tidy with great little touches such as plenty of magazines to flip through whilst sipping on wine next to the wood heater down to the freshly baked bread and wine that was left for us in the kitchen. Murray was pleasant to deal with and we would have no second thoughts in staying her again."
