Holiday house

This characteristic,weatherboard cottage is currently being renovated (May-Aug ) with a fresh coat of paint both internally and externally, new dishwasher, new furnishings including a new tri-bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom, as well as a new entertainment deck,and new car port on,the plans. Currently features polished floor boards, air conditioning,,kitchen, bathroom and sunroom. There is an Internal laundry, gas BBQ, single garage and 1 open parking space. Located only 1 street back from surf patrolled, Fingal Bay Beach and across the road from local shops and takeways.
Watch this space for new photos and a relaunch in Spring.

From the front door you will walk into the living area with a comfortable lounge including a double sofa bed, coffee table, air conditioner and TV unit with Flat Screen TV/DVD. Walk through to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equiped and has a microwave oven and full size fridge. Then through to the nice bright family room with plenty of chairs for all to sit. The back door is off the family room leading out into the good sized back yard and gas BBQ.
