4 Grayling Street is the ideal holiday home for 2 families, with a fully fenced grassed yard it provides the perfect play area for children. Not only will the children enjoy this holiday home but the adults will as well, with an outdoor entertainment area with 4 burner hooded gas BBQ, access for boat to be parked securely inside yard and landscaped gardens to look over while sitting back and relaxing.

Inside features include: Large modern spacious kitchen/living area with brand new appliances, dishwasher, 2 fridge/freezers, 2 flat screen TV's, washing machine hair dryer.
