Beautiful original beach house from yesteryear with the advantage of all the mod cons. Located right in the heart of Evans Head only a few minutes from the river, RSL and bowling clubs, and the main patrolled beach. you can sit on the lovely verandah and watch the people come and go, utilise the great bar under the beautiful shade of the trees on the property.
The house has kept its original style and is basic and delightful.

SLEEPS 14 with bedding consisting of:
Bedroom 1 : Double bed
Bedroom 2 : Queen bed
Bedroom 3 : 1 x doublebed,1x Bunk
Bedroom 4 : 1x single, 1 x pull out bed, 2x set of bunks

The house is very neat and roomy and is conveniently located to the supermarket, swimming areas and fishing. It is equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay, including and extensive veranda for socialising or relaxing. This is our second stay in the house and after along drive from Sydney, is a pleasure to look forward to. I would recommend it as the premier location in Evans Head. Michael
