Beautifully appointed, fully furnished one bedroom apartment in a luxury resort, overlooking Brisbane Waters

"The apartment was what we expected.

Only one hiccup was the Washing Machine was not working and there was no clear communication as to when the technician would arrive etc. (with reception)

Reception informed us that they cannot provide any notice upon his arrival, which i believe is not reasonable especially as you are on vacation and you don't know what your doing at specific times.

Best to deal with Amanda, as reception were not helpful at all.
Went to visit Amanda in the office who was attentitive to the situation."
