Large family home has a formal entry and sweeping staircase, ample living spaces and quality fittings.
Huge family friendly kitchen and informal dining area with gas cooking.

Details on the house:
- Upstairs there are 4 separate bedrooms, 3 x Queen beds and 3 x Single in the kids room.
- Downstairs there is 1 x Double bedroom and a sofa bed in the family room which is a 1 x Double.
- 2 x bathrooms upstairs, 1 x bathroom downstairs.
- Downstairs family room, LCD TV with Foxtel (Packages - Sports & Kids), DVD and Movie Media Player.
- Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air-conditioning on both floors.
- Upstairs family room, LCD TV with DVD and Movie Media Player.
- Stereo with iPod connection.
- 2 x portable baby travel cots.

Outside barbecue located next to the kitchen and dining room.

Water views from the top floor.

Locality

The local shop is 50 meters away. Ettalong beach, cinema, markets, Ettalong Beach Club and town centre are located less than 1km away.

Short drive to the major shopping located at Woy Woy. Enjoy the entertainment at the New Ettalong Resort and Club or visit Ettalong Beach Cinema for the latest movies. Ferry services available to Palm Beach and the Hawkesbury River and the popular weekend markets at Ettalong. Local Kayaking and Boat hire is available. A short drive to the New swimming Aquatic Centre.

Umina beach has 2 dog friendly areas, anywhere but the surf club areas. The link above will show you the local beaches that allow dogs. Pearl & Putty beaches also have dog friendly areas. Ettalong beach (local beach) joins Umina beach.
