"Stratford" is beautifully Presented with Modern Contempary furnishings throughout, the décor is comfortably casual and you will feel right at home once you step inside.
All the Mattresses are of the highest quality to ensure your stay is relaxed and rested.
All Bedding, Linen, and Towells are provided, so no need to bring anything but your own personal items.
Relax in the spacious lounge room with its comfy sofas and plenty of room for everyone.
The Property comes complete with a TV, DVD as well as CD/ Stereo player .
The large and fully equipped kitchen has a microwave and fridge and everything you need to for a large group or Family.
Dining area can seat 6 Guests with ease.
There is a central bathroom which has a full size bath and separate shower and vanity.
Laundry has a washing machine and dryer and there is also an outside line.
The Property has secure Off street Parking with remote control Double garage and Security Gates.

"Stratford" is a Fantastic place to stay if you are planning on coming down for the Spring Racing Carnival as it is under 10 mins from Flemington Races (Melbourne Cup) and less than 8mins to Moonee Ponds (Moonee Valley Races) also handy to The Royal Melbourne Show Grounds approx 10 mins from any Events held in the City as there is easy access to Freeway
Stratford is located in a quiet treelined street - with a park at each end.
Minutes from Keilor Rd shopping precinct where there are plenty of Cafés and Restuarants to choose from.
Only a short distance to North Essendon Village shops , DFO and public transport at your doorstep.

The Airport and City are only 10mins away, with easy access to Freeway.
