Engadine B&B Accommodations offer an affordable alternative, for a luxe of self-indulgence.
Service is designed to be always friendly, but never intrusive, we will endeavour to ensure a relaxing stay.
We understand that people choose to visit us for many different reasons, and aim to make your stay as pleasurable as possible, whether you're with us for a night or a fortnight, on business or pleasure, alone or as a couple.
So if you'd like to be left in peace for a good night's sleep, or wanting to organise the best celebration weekend ever...

Guests entry. Balcony Onsite covered parking. No Smoking inside. No Pets.
Rates are per room per night Child under 2 is free when sharing parents suite.
Property maximum of 5 people
50% Deposit is required to secure the time of booking.Payment of deposit constitutes clients acceptance of terms and conditions.
Cancellations policy is 2 weeks prior to date of arrival. Four weeks in peak season.
Deposit paid will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let for that period. A cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply.
Check-in time 3.00pm - Check-out time 10.30am.or subject to agreement.
Public Holidays - Long Weekends - Australian School Holidays 3 night minimum stay
Christmas period 21/12/2011 - 14/01/12 minimum stay 5 nights will apply.

Short & Long term accommodation in Engadine 35 minutes from Sydney Airport, located in 'The Shire' a southern suburb in Sydney and identified internationally, is close to beaches the Royal National Park with direct road and rail access from the Airport, both the Domestic and International.
Engadine B&B Accommodation tucks you away in our quiet little oasis, enjoy relaxing lush bushland views in our secluded hideaway well away from noisy highway traffic. Tranquil Tree Top Seclusion for alfresco coffee, bathe in afternoon sunsets or envelope Dusk, view Northern lights on the Sydney Skyline.
Local shopping centre & train station are both 2 mins from the doorstop by car or pleasant 15 minute walk to a variety of local restaurants, cafes catering for evening meals, lunches, alfresco all day breakfasts from 6.00am. From the railway station the 992 bus will bring you direct to our door.

How to get here: From The Airport - North & southern areas. Approximatly 1.7 km from Princes Highway exit to Anzac Ave. further directions sent with confirmation.
On site parking in carport plus and ample safe street parking available.
