Offering uninterrupted views from Granite Island to the Bluff beautiful Encounter House is a spacious 3 bedroom duplex townhouse on the seafront at exclusive Encounter Bay, Victor Harbor's premier sea front address.

This property chooses not to offer the "book now on request " option as it prevents us from offering alternate dates and deals.

Those making enquiries for SCHOOLIES WEEK please note the tariff is $2800 for up to 7 NIGHTS for up to 8 guests... plus a bond of $350

A wonderful house for HONEYMOONERS, groups of FRIENDS enjoying a special time together or COUPLES escaping hectic life styles

Featuring 2 spacious living and dining areas, front & rear decks with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 2 queens (+1 set of bunks)

The 2 night tariff for adults is from $180 per adults ( 3 or more adults). 2 adults pay $420.

The tariff for children ( travelling with 2 or more adults) for a 2 night stay is $100 per child

Take advantage of this fabulous duplex townhouse when next you need to relax with a round of Golf on one of the Fleurieu Peninsulas beautiful golf courses.

Meander along a sandy beach, go whale watching or ride on the Encounter Bikeway which runs along the coast from Encounter Bay to Middleton.

Take the opportunity to visit one of the boutique wineries or have lunch overlooking the sea.

Ride on the Horse Drawn tram to Granite Island, watch fairy penguins return from their days fishing, join a charter boat and see seals, whales and sharks.

You are welcome to bring along a small house dog. You must notify us at the time of booking, there is an additional cost of $30.

Fantastic spot for our family gathering in Feb 2011, spacious, well equipped house with great views. Really clean, it was great having the linen supplied....lovely champagne and chocolates in the fridge too!
