Holiday house, Self-contained apartment

Relax and experience a wonderful break from sunrise to sunset in this beautifully furnished holiday home. The caffe doors upstairs open out to a large balcony allowing you to enjoy alfresco dining whilst admiring spectacular views of the ocean and the Bluff. The home boasts two separate living areas ( upstairs and downstairs), large open plan kitchen,dining and lounge and has been tastefully decorated with quality modern furniture. The lounge area has two comfortable leather couches and an entertainment unit with a brand new plasma TV, surround sound and DVD player.
There is also a second TV and DVD player in the living area downstairs. The modular lounge located downstairs opens out to a double sofa bed and this room can be utilised as a 4th bedroom if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances allowing you to enjoy a stress free holiday with all the commodities you need.
The main bedroom has a beautiful, modern ensuite with a large spa bath for you to relax and unwind in. All bedrooms have brand new beds,continental quilts, pillows and built in robes. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
This holiday home will suit couples, groups and families alike who wish to enjoy the ambience of a coastal getaway.
Secure undercover parking, reverse cycle airconditioning and a gas BBQ are some other additional features.

Situated only 5-6 km from Victor Harbor this home is ideally located. There are a range of activities to suit all interests and year levels available in Victor Harbor. Catch the Horse Drawn Tram or walk across to Granite Island famous for its colony of Fairy Penguins. Evening guided Penguin tours are available.
Have fun at Greenhills Adventure Park or visit Urimbirra Wild life Park.
Catch the Cockle train for a steam rail experience along the cliff tops to Port Elliot and Goolwa.
Victor Harbor offers great pubs, cafes and restaurants to suit all budgets and taste.
