Holiday house

This family home is located on the sea front at Encounter Bay. Every room has a lovely sea view. Downstairs comprises three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, second with two single beds and the third with two sets of bunks. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower, separate vanity and separate w.c. Upstairs is the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with access to the large balcony. There is a bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom comprises vanity, shower and w.c. A barbeque and outdoor furniture are provided for balcony entertaining. The yard is fully fenced making it safe for children. Linen is not provided in the rental rate. Linen can be hired at an extra cost.
