Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The spacious kitchen has a floating floor and overlooks the dining and living area. The living area has access to the balcony with outdoor furniture. There are fantastic sea views from the living and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite with shower, vanity and w.c. The other two bedrooms are located at the other end of the unit and are close to the main bathroom with bath, shower and vanity. There is a second w.c. off the laundry. There is a single lock-up garage plus plenty of off street parking. There is a lovely lawn and garden area surrounding the units with communal barbeques. All linen is provided.
