A stunning house with breathtaking view, located on a hilltop overlooking Emu Bay.Enjoy a brisk walk along the beach,have a swim or relax and watch the wildlife.
This house has been designed by award winning designer Max Pritchard. Views from all rooms, stunning living area, two covered decks one furnished with dining table and BBQ. The other has relaxing couches. Beautifully enclosed backyard with woodfired Pizza oven. and dining furniture.

Locality

Emu Bay is a great jumping off point to tour the island.
Go fishing,swimming or take a stroll along the white sands of Emu Bay. Visit the local Lavender farm or the Cheese Farm where you can see sheep being milked and the milk being processed into cheese made from sheep milk. Visit the Eucalyptus Farm then to the Honey Farm and enjoy sampling their home made honey icecream. Kangaroo Island is just like living in your very own wildlife park with seals,wallabies,penguins,koala bears all at your doorstep.
