Holiday house

This well equipped, elegantly appointed and spacious holiday home is located in a quiet area of Emu Bay. It offers spectacular sea views from the deck and living area. Searenity is fully self-contained, with a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms and an additional powder room, TV, DVD, Foxtel (satellite TV) and air-conditioning are just some of the features.

All bed linen and bath towels are included in the tariff.

Wireless broadband is also available for a small daily fee.

Located just a short walk to the beach and jetty, Searenity On KI is close to Kangaroo Island's main township of Kingscote and the island's natural attractions. Ideal for groups of up to 8, this is the perfect island retreat.

We own and operate Searenity On KI and live nearby. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service, very high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail this is continually reflected in the feedback we receive from our guests.

You will not be sent instructions on where or how to collect the keys to our holiday home as we will be there to greet you on arrival and hand them to you in person and answer any questions you may have.

Locality

The north coast of Kangaroo Island has its own unique character - from the rugged, isolated northwest through to the expansive white sandy beach of Emu Bay. The coastal township of Emu Bay is only a short drive northwest of Kingscote, the island’s largest town. Emu Bay is a beautiful 4km beach with safe swimming and vehicle access with a nearby picnic shelter, toilets and children's playground. A favourite swimming beach for the locals, this quiet town is a haven for holidaymakers. Anglers can try their luck from the jetty or launch their boats from the access ramp.

West of Emu Bay, the delightful north coast is the perfect place for a few days retreat from the busier south coast of Kangaroo Island. A mixture of tall cliffs, deserted sandy coves and beaches line the coast with conservation parks, hills, valleys and rolling farmland meeting the sea. While staying at Searenity on KI you can enjoy fishing, beachcombing and touring. The south coast attractions are within easy reach of Emu Bay.

Searenity on KI is located within the township of Emu Bay, adjacent to a rural and quiet area on a no through road, protected from general vehicle traffic and away from the township’s main cluster of holiday homes. It provides the ideal family holiday accommodation as it has been designed and positioned on the property to offer spectacular uninterrupted sea views from the living area and deck and is only a short walk to both the beach and the nearby rock pools for children to explore.

The holiday home is surrounded by a landscaped bird-attracting garden and lawned areas.
