Holiday house, Self-contained apartment

This architecturally designed home has direct beachfront access, so you can enjoy fishing and swimming almost at your door. Passing Winds is ideally located to explore what Kangaroo Island has to offer, or just sit back on the deck and watch the fabulous sunsets.

Linen is provided, please bring your own towels. The property has two toilets and 1 bathroom. No wheelchair access. There is a hammock on the large deck and a boat mooring close by in the bay. Fish cleaning facilities are housed in the fish cleaning shed at the rear of the property. The Emu Bay jetty is close by, as seen in our photographs, for fishing and swimming.
This fabulous property is all yours for the duration of your booking. Although you are allowed to share the wonderul views with the local wildlife.

Please Note:

Emu Bay Cancellation Policy

Passing Winds Emu Bay reserves the right, in the event of a booking being cancelled by a guest, to charge a cancellation fee. The following scale of fees is the maximum fee applying to cancelled bookings.

1. Cancellations prior to 30 days before check-in; $50.00 per person
2. Cancellations between 30 and 7 days before check-in; 50% of total cost
3. Cancellations received less than 7 days before check-in; 80% of total cost
4. Cancellations on the day of check-in; no refund.
